Infinity pools
No, I’m not writing about buzz lightyear (however hilarious that film was, though!). I’m writing about probably my very favorite backyard feature. Infinity pools. This week’s designer of the day is (dun dun dun….)
Scott Cohen
As you can see , he does landscapes. And BOY does he do them! This is such a pretty scene ! It is made not only by the breathtaking surroundings, but by the brilliant design. As I’ve already told you, I think infinity pools are just awesome . The way that they leads your eyes off into the landscape so seamlessly gets me every single time. A couple of things that I want to write about this design is the way the gazebo seems like it is nearly floating on top of the water. What a wonderful place to sit and eat or just relax on a pretty day. I love how it is done in a minimalistic way. There is not too much fighting for your attention here. Yet, at the same time, there is plenty to take in . I love how the green landscaping by the fence once again draws your eyes up. It is the perfect amount of minimalism and “finished product” in my sight. The front walkway also portrays the same effect of floating on the water. I don’t know about you, but I would love to go for a dip in this pool. Actually, I would love to hang out in any part of this design. Once again, this is all just my opinion on a design. There is no right or wrong, but I am a huge fan of this work. To infinity and beyond!
