Some people notice weight gain when drinking wine. It happens often. This is because every 5 ounce glass of wine has about 120 calories in it. That means about 480 calories are in a whole bottle. Any person that gets migraines might want to avoid it. All wine triggers headaches. It is hard to avoid while drinking it. The alcohol content might also increase the chance of breast cancer. There were studies done on this. It shows the increase. A choice to consider can be grape juice.
Healthy choices with grape fruit juice
Grape juice is much like wine in its benefits. They’re almost the same. CNN states the similarities in benefits. You can get wine benefits by simply drinking grape juice instead. The only difference is that there is no alcohol in it. That means the damage that drinking wine has isn’t there for grape fruit juice. Grape juice is safer. Drinking grape fruit juice does not have a limit. You can drink as much as you would like.
